Refund policy

We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

If you return an item after the 30 days of receipt of order, the item can only be exchanged for a credit note. 

• Products must be unworn, unwashed and all tags still attached
• Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used to make the order
• Proof of purchase is required 

We will happily exchange faulty items. Please provide us with - 

• Your name and order number
• Product name 
• A picture of the fault as clearly as possible
• Full length photo of the item including AGILIS logo and tags

Please note custom kit orders cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged, AGILIS cannot refund custom kit items not directly purchased from AGILIS. Please speak with your club / group kit person for details.
